Here is a picture of the treats I made for our trick or treaters. Since we usually only get the 5 neighbor kids, I decided to do something special. Katie and I saw this in our work cafeteria and decided we could easily duplicate it. Its just a full size candy bar wrapped in cute scrapbook paper.
